fishwasher.com presents a collection of web tools:

• Host Info: find host name by IP-address and vise versa. Either option brings up geographical location as well.
• HTTP Headers: View HTTP headers returned by remote host.
• Browser Check: check up what your browser thinks it is, on both server and client side.
• Hash Calculator: calculate SHA1 and MD5 hashes, and CRC32 chcksum for a given text string.
• Web Proxy Test: this is a standalone web beacon, a handy thing to look up your IP address, browser capabilities, and, if web proxy involved, to find out how it disguises your web personality.

Since most of those is powered by AJAX, make sure that Javascript is enabled in your browser!
